A64 BRONCHOPULMONARY DYSPLASIA: Study Design: Phase Ii Safety And Efficacy Of Inhaled Tissue Plasminogen Activator (activase) For The Treatment Of Acute Pediatric Plastic Bronchitis

Methods: This is a multi-center, open-label study of children (5-16 years old) with pathological evidence of fibrin PB that present with an acute exacerbation requiring hospitalization. Prior to study drug administration, lab and pulmonary function tests (PFT) will be performed and pulse oximetry and a chest x-ray acquired (Figure).
