Zusammenfassung:Introduction/rationale: Palliative care (PC) services are underutilized among patients with chronic lung diseases (CLD). The multivariable logistic regression analysis indicated that more prolonged hospitalization independently correlated with non-white ethnicity and during between admission and invasive mechanical ventilation (p-value=0.035 & p-value=0.002, respectively).
