A32 ASTHMA AND ALLERGY CLINICAL STUDIES: Urine Cotinine As A Marker Of Environmental Tobacco Smoke Exposure In Recurrent Respiratory Symptoms Of Early Childhood

Exposure to environmental tobacco smoke (ETS) is known to cause wheeze in infants and may lead to development of early childhood asthma. Parents of the study children were interviewed using a structured questionnaire by a pediatrician in order to evaluate familial smoking habits.
