Among IIP, 19.0% were classified as IPAF (11.5% in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis [IPF], 45.3% in idiopathic nonspecific interstitial pneumonia [iNSIP], 34.0% in cryptogenic organizing pneumonia [COP], 21.9% in unclassifiable IIP).
