Zusammenfassung:Corresponding author's email: ndudoc@yahoo.com Rationale Commercial food vendors are exposed to carbon monoxide (CO) and particulate matter (PM) produced from incomplete burning of biomass fuels used for cooking and little is known about the exposures these workers experience. Conclusion Commercial food vendors experience considerable mean and peak CO exposures during their work and a portable CO logging device is a useful, low-cost method of assessing the exposure of these workers over the course of their work shift.
