Zusammenfassung:Regional associations between change in SVDP and quantitative CT measures of airway wall thickness (WT) were investigated to establish associations of bronchodilator response with localized measurements of airway obstruction. To obtain a predicted WT value for each subject, these CT results were used to create a linear mixed effects model of WT with age, gender, BMI, asthma severity, and segment as mixed effects and subject ID as a random effect.
