Zusammenfassung:Unfortunately, less than 10% of affected individuals with AATD have been diagnosed despite guidelines recommending testing of all patients with COPD or incompletely reversible airflow obstruction (AO). During that time, the PFL lab tested 76% of all at-risk patients tested in our center, with the majority (83.9%) of the tests confirmed to occur in subjects with COPD after medical chart review.
