A32 ASTHMA AND ALLERGY CLINICAL STUDIES: Reduction Of Medication Use In Asthmatics Following Minimally-Invasive Nissen Fundoplication For Severe Gerd

Either typical (heartburn, sour brash) or atypical (hoarseness, nausea/vomiting, chest tightness, dysphagia) GERD symptoms were present in all patients. Prior to surgery, 3 patients required inhaled corticosteroids (ICS) for asthma, 6 required ICS/LABA, and 6 required ICS/LABA and additional ICS.
