C97 CHARACTERIZING THE MANY FACES OF ASTHMA: Baseline Characteristics Associate With Persistent Asthma Severity At 1 And 2 Years Of Follow-Up In The Severe Asthma Research Program (sarp)

A univariable analysis was performed, applying logistic regression, to identify factors most strongly and independently associated with persistence versus non-persistence, followed by a stepwise selection process to create a multivariable model. In multivariate regression analysis, adult disease, lo...

Zusammenfassung:A univariable analysis was performed, applying logistic regression, to identify factors most strongly and independently associated with persistence versus non-persistence, followed by a stepwise selection process to create a multivariable model. In multivariate regression analysis, adult disease, lower FEV1% predicted, more exacerbations and specific IgE emerged as independent risk factors for PSA.
