Zusammenfassung:RSV also affected stem cells and substance P-expressing neuronal protein levels by reducing the expression of SOX2 and substance P at day 1 followed by a 2-band truncation at day 3 and a loss of the high molecular weight band later on. Gene expression analyses showed a down regulation of GFAP in infected cells and an up-regulation of SOX2 gene at day 1 post-infection, which was followed by a down-regulation at day 3.
