Zusammenfassung:Among them: reduction in lung volume and capacity, increased resistance of small airways, decreased lung and chest compliance, reduction of arterial oxygen pressure, increased alveolar-arterial oxygen difference, alveolar hypoventilation and sleep disorders. [...]this study aimed to compare the function and regional lung ventilation with obese women and eutrophic individuals by spirometry and electrical impedance tomography. Lung ventilation was assessed by monitoring a quiet breath with electrical impedance tomography, and pulmonary function testing and evaluation of respiratory muscle strength (RMS).
