Rationale: Bronchiectasis is an important life-defining feature of cystic fibrosis (CF) that is associated with morbidity and mortality and is most commonly diagnosed by computed tomography (CT). Methods: This retrospective cohort study analyzed inspiratory volumetric chest CT from children with CF and relatively age-matched disease control subjects without respiratory disease obtained during clinical care between 2010 and 2016 at Children's Hospital Colorado.
