A39 AUTOIMMUNE LUNG DISEASE: CASE REPORTS: A Woman With Celiac Disease And Diffuse Alveolar Hemorrhage

Introduction: Idiopathic pulmonary hemosiderosis (IPH), a rare disease of unknown etiology, is characterized by hemoptysis, diffuse alveolar infiltrates, and iron-deficiency anemia. Case Report: The patient is a 50-year old African-American lifelong-nonsmoker woman with a history of celiac disease, iron-deficiency anemia, gastroesophageal reflux disease, and hypothyroidism who presented with worsening dyspnea.
