Zusammenfassung: | Case Report: A 43-year-old female with history of morbid obesity and anemia secondary to fibroids was recently diagnosed with right ovarian vein thrombosis, treated with apixaban for 6 months, switched to lovenox due to further extension of perceived thrombus to the IVC on imaging.
