Zusammenfassung: | Case Report: A 60-year-old former smoker Bangladeshi male, with history of invasive moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma of the rectum diagnosed two months before admission presented with severe decline in exercise tolerance from 4-5 blocks to a few steps, persistent dry cough, worsening shortness of breath and generalized malaise since three weeks.
