NEVIDNE STISKE »USPEŠNIH« V KMETOVANJU NA PODLAGI PRESOJ DRUŽBENEGA TRPLJENJA

Through a review of literature that considers safety, injuries, health, disease and illness in agriculture from various epistemological perspectives, this article aims to suggest a research approach that discusses the issue beyond the "visible" occupational health hazards and illness. The essay suggests that debates on social suffering offer reflections on intertwined, changing global conditions of agriculture, cultures of farming and health of farmers, revealing wider socio-cultural backgrounds of suffering, illness and injuries, which are still largely overlooked.
