Abusafia and Handan Boztepe, published online on 19 January 2017 in Wiley Online Library (wileyonlinelibrary.com), has been withdrawn by agreement between the Authors, the journal Editor in Chief, Debra Jackson and John Wiley & Sons Ltd. This was agreed after an independent review found inappropriate statistical analyses due to a lack of independence in the study sample.
