Fine needle aspiration cytology of a nodal low‐grade serous neoplasm: a case report of low‐grade serous carcinoma arising from a serous borderline tumour with cyto‐histological correlation

This case report describes a rare case of nodal low grade serous pelvic neoplasia. Together with histological correlation, it illustrates previously undocumented cytomorphological features and also discusses important differential diagnosis and potential pitfalls for misdiagnosis.
