The front cover picture shows a rapid and accurate method for analysis of glycans. Magnetic beads were applied to capture released N‐glycans and remove excess dye (left). The bottom picture illustrates the individual exoglycosidase treatments to confirm glycan terminal monosaccharides. In the center, a multi‐capillary array is used to analyze fluorescently labeled samples. IgG glycans separated by a multi‐capillary system using different dyes are shown on the right. Data was annotated using three‐dimensional mapping of glycan standards with three fluorescent dyes (top). The present method has demonstrated its fast, simple and easy‐to‐use design to meet the needs of high throughput glycan analysis. |
