Zusammenfassung:Chemical carbonization of polyvinylidene fluoride is necessary for the synthesis on its basis of quasi-one-dimensional carbon structures having a prospect of use in microelectronics. To determine the details of the carbonization process, the concentrations of 19 F and 1 H nuclei were measured and the changes in the concentration of CF 2 , CH 2 , and OH groups in partially dehydrofluorinated polyvinylidene fluoride samples were studied using nuclear magnetic resonance and infrared spectroscopy. The efficiency of substitution of fluorine and hydrogen atoms by OH groups in the process of dehydrofluorination of polymer chains is estimated.
