How to tackle these difficult cases

Summary Recent technological advances have led to an increase in the number of options when choosing a glaucoma surgery. However, the boundaries of each technique have not yet been defined. Furthermore, profiling patients at risk for complications with these new techniques is still a difficult task as well as identifying the best options on how to solve them. Accordingly, a number of challenging cases will be presented to a panel of glaucoma specialists in order to create an open discussion on which would be the best surgical option and which would be the best strategy to achieve success.
