Zusammenfassung:In the present study it is shown that the transition to the superconducting state can be described within the framework of the phenomenological theory of diffused phase transitions, due to the structural material heterogeneity. The paraconductivity due to the appearance of fluctuating Cooper pairs at temperatures above T c , demonstrates 2D–3D crossover, which also occurs in a certain temperature range, located above the superconducting transition interval.
