Zusammenfassung: | An abstract of the study by Eason et al validating a multilevel model of career intentions and job satisfaction among a collegiate athletic trainer population. Results show that exploratory factor analysis confirmed three subscales in the multilevel model: 1) individual factors, 2) organizational factors, and 3) sociocultural factors. The scale was reduced from 88 items to 66 items. A Cronbach's alpha of 0.92 indicates excellent internal consistency of this scale. |
