International Consensus Guidelines and American Gastroenterological Association Guidelines for the prediction of advanced pancreatic intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasms (IPMNs)

According to AGA guidelines IPMNs were termed “low-risk” (AGALR) or “high risk” (AGAHR). Conclusion: In our cohort AGA guidelines have higher specificity for advanced neoplasia in IPMNs than ICG but at cost of lower sensitivity that results in loss of some lesions with advanced neoplasia.
