Zusammenfassung: | Some methodological approaches to the selection of alloying components, optimization of the parameters of electrosynthesis, and the prediction of properties are analyzed on the example of binary and ternary alloys. We establish the influence of the energy parameters of electrolysis on the phase composition and surface morphology of galvanic alloys of the triad of iron (iron, nickel, and cobalt) with refractory metals, such as tungsten, molybdenum, and zirconium. The results of testing of the synthesized coatings are presented depending on their application, and the synergistic factors caused by the interaction of alloying elements are evaluated. The influence of the compositions of coatings on their corrosion resistance in environments with different acidities is investigated and the roles of each alloying component and the surface morphology are analyzed separately. We also propose and substantiate recommendations concerning the application of the studied materials in various branches of industry. |
