Observation des communautés et forums sur Internet

Observing Internet Communities and Forums. This paper proposes a set of methodological recommendations when addressing the particular sociological field of Internet forums. After a brief overview of the more general question of online socializing, the author presents the technical operation of forums, their content, the points to be observed to understand the social dynamics, the temporality, the meaning of the exchanges on the forums and their interactions with the physical world.
