Zusammenfassung:Simulation results indicate the feasibility of displays manufactured under ultra‐high‐definition television standards by using a cloud‐aligned composite oxide semiconductor (CAC‐OS) FETs that exhibit high‐performance. The use of an oxide semiconductor/oxide conductor (OS/OC) pixel, which is a transparent pixel, reduced power consumption of a liquid crystal display.
