OPERACIONALIZAÇÃO DAS COMPRAS PÚBLICAS SUSTENTÁVEIS NA SECRETARIA DE ADMINISTRAÇÃO PENITENCIÁRIA DO ESTADO DE SÃO PAULO

This article aims to analyze the operationalization of Sustainable Procurement in the Department of Penitentiary Administration [SAP] the State of Säo Paulo, Brazil. Bids are included in the Sustainable environmental criteria notices nos. It performed an exploratory and descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Were analyzed documents and files records, beyond the realization of an interview. The State of Säo Paulo and one of the most organized terms sustainable procurement. In Säo Paulo stand out two documents: State Decree n° 50.170 (2005) Establishing the Environmental Seal and State Decree n° 53.336 (2008) establishing sustainable procurement how. In SAP are prioritized products and services have the environmental seal. This was analyzed hum notice, had as reference, that includes social and environmental criteria, such as: the fangs contract; good environmental practices; energy efficiency; food waste reduction and best food utilization; selective collect; biodegradable products; pollution control; control of noise pollution; and disposal of waste oils. The analysis showed a concern of the secretariat concerning sustainable issues as noted in the implementation of the sustainable procurement.
