Zusammenfassung:The aim of this study is to examine the current knowledge about the organizational trust, to examine the antecedents of the concept with the contextual and psychosocial structures and to investigate the relations of social justice, self construals, and belief in a just world with perceived organizational trust. The sample of the study was composed of 415 teachers and school administrators who work in both public and private high schools located in Istanbul. According to the research results, it was found that perceived social justice, related self construals, autonomous-related self construal, and belief in a just world had significant, moderate, positive relationship with perceived organizational trust, whereas, autonomous self construal had significant and negative relationship with perceived organizational trust. Moreover, it was reported that when perceived belief in a just world was high, the relationship between perceived social justice and organizational trust was strengthened. Based on these findings, it was confirmed that social justice and self construal influenced organizational trust positively and belief in a just world perception had a significant moderating role on the relationship between perceived social justice and organizational trust.
