Scientific Approaches to the Development of Economic Relations between Landowners and Mining Companies

The ways of improvement of the economic relations between a mining and processing plant and a landowner have been justified, basing on their purposes about the reclamation and further use of land resources. The regularities of formation of economically feasible level of reclamation of the land, disturbed by quarries in correlation with the profit of an agricultural enterprise and loss of the plant, have been revealed. The methodological basis of management of the unprofitableness of the plant, based on the rational direction of the reclaimed lands use, has been introduced.
