Zusammenfassung:The main result in this paper is an existence theorem for constraint differential inclusions whose right-hand side satisfies some Carathéodory semicontinuity assumptions of mixed type. It generalises all known theorems in the field in the finite-dimensional case. As preliminary results needed in the proof we obtain some interrelations between measurability and ε -semicontinuity of single- and set-valued mappings.
