Formation of Political Culture of Society on the Basis of Synergetic Mechanisms

The conducted study has shown that the application of the mechanisms that are peculiar to natural sciences to the social processes, including the formation of the political culture of society is efficient and opens up new ways of overcoming social problems. [...]the synergistic analysis allows creating a model of measuring the degree (depth) of the changes taking place in the Russian society both at the societal and personal levels, which allows using the results of this analysis in the formation of the political culture of the population.
