Zusammenfassung:Protein microtubes with an interior surface composed of Pt nanoparticles are self‐propelled in aqueous H2O2 medium by jetting O2 bubbles from the open‐end terminus. Addition of an intermediate γ‐Fe3O4 layer allowed manipulation of the direction of movement of the tubule by using a magnetic field. The bubble‐propelled microtubes can capture cyanine dye and Escherichia coli efficiently. More information can be found in the Full Paper by T. Komatsu, et al. on page 5044 ff.
