Zusammenfassung:Original data on the formation of fractal structures via the pulsed laser deposition of titanium in a high vacuum without external electric or magnetic fields are presented. The obtained thread-like structures are thin-walled strained tubes with diameters of 1–3 μm and lengths of up to 500 μm. The composition and structure of the samples are investigated.
