Zusammenfassung: | Co-precipitation and ultrasonic treatment methods have been used for the in situ formation of the composites of hydroxyapatite (HA) covered with nanoparticles of magnetite as well as compositions of magnetite, gold and silver. The thioalkyl-substituted derivatives of 2-arylaminopyrimidine, structural analogs of antitumor drug Imatinib containing one or two SH groups and capable to chemisorption on hydroxyapatite and its nanocomposites, have been synthesized.
