Zusammenfassung:We have studied the effect of preparation conditions on the structural, dielectric, piezoelectric, and other properties of ceramic samples cut from large, bulk hot-pressed bodies based on modified Bi 3 TiNbO 9 and found conditions favorable for obtaining high piezoelectric parameters that ensure long-term functioning of Bi 3 TiNbO 9 -based ceramics at a temperature of 750°C.
