The Effect of the Sustainable Development on Exploiting the Productivity in the Iran Khodro Manufacturing Factories

Since the automobile-manufacturing industry has already gone beyond the border of the different countries, competition and survival in this industry is so complicated with regard to the present global standards. The automobile-manufacturing industry has functioned as one of the most important driving forces in the economic growth in the last century. This industry plays a very important role on production rate, employment and profit-making. The world economy changes and the heavy competition in automobilemanufacturing industry make it necessary to optimize the technical productivity to improve the competitive power in the automobile-manufacturing industry. One of the basic steps to improve the development process in all countries is optimal use of the entire resources and facilities within a conscious administration system. This means the Sustainable Development that is in line with the nature. This development would fulfill the present needs without endangering the capacity of the following generations to fulfill their needs. The aim of this research is to investigate the effect of the Sustainable Development on exploiting the role of the productivity in the automobile manufacturing companies of Iran Khodro. This is a descriptive-analytical research. The population of the research includes the experts of the Iran Khodro Company whose 200 employers are chosen by random sampling and by utilizing Cochran formula as the sample population. The results show that the P is smaller than 5% for both variables (productivity and green innovation, organizational performance). Therefore, there is a significant correlation between organizational performance and that of the productivity and green innovations.
