A right heart catheterization revealed mean right atrial pressure of 20mmHg with large v waves up to 35mmHg, pulmonary capillary wedge pressure of 30mmHg, systemic blood pressure of 85/70mmHg, cardiac index of 1.7 L/min/m2 and mixed venous oxygen saturation of 53%.
