PRESENCE OF MID-MYOCARDIAL SUBSTRATE IS ASSOCIATED WITH NEED FOR MULTIPLE ABLATIONS IN PATIENTS WITH NON-ISCHEMIC CARDIOMYOPATHY AND VENTRICULAR ARRHYTHMIAS
