Zusammenfassung:We investigated the effect of the surface charge and volume of the aqueous phase of liposomes on the antioxidant glutathione (GSH) entrapment ratio in liposomes. The entrapment ratio increased by decreasing the molar ratio of the cationic lipid. Furthermore, we investigated in detail the location of the GSH in liposomes with SAXS data using the Fourier transformation method.
