description | With reform in the personnel system, the employment and placement of graduates from community colleges and secondary specialized schools have gradually changed from the traditional job assignment to one of "mutual selection." The large labor market facilitates hiring units and provides opportunities for graduates to demonstrate their talent. However, it is not possible to ignore the problems inherent in the process. The difficulties of large numbers of women graduating from higher and secondary specialized schools in finding employment have become increasingly acute. Hiring units turning down women applicants is not an isolated phenomenon. Exploring and resolving this problem is necessary in the reform of graduate job placement and has major significance in the liberation of women and developing their role in holding up "half the sky." In recent years, the authors carried out surveys on the employment and placement of graduates. In the following, we would like to present our humble suggestions to the city. |
