Zusammenfassung:With reform in the personnel system, the employment and placement of graduates from community colleges and secondary specialized schools have gradually changed from the traditional job assignment to one of "mutual selection." The large labor market facilitates hiring units and provides opportunities for graduates to demonstrate their talent. However, it is not possible to ignore the problems inherent in the process. In recent years, the authors carried out surveys on the employment and placement of graduates. In the following, we would like to present our humble suggestions to the city.
