Effet du calibre et de l'origine de l'oeuf sur le taux d'éclosion et la qualité du poussin chair

Our work has focused on finding the variation of hatchability and chick quality from (number of eggs) eggs hatched in 03 different sizes and from two strains (widely exploited by the Algerian hatcheries) breeding-broiler. At the end of this study, our results show that: * The weight of the eggs of the strain (AAA) incubated were significantly higher than the eggs of the strain (ISA15). * The water losses are higher for eggs with big guns. * The weight and length of the chicks are the same for both strains, and are high caliber for both.
