Zusammenfassung: | This article approaches the necessity and the way to introduce scorecard to pilot different kind of performance in management control system of the public hospital used to measure only the economic results. That's why we realized a case study in a French university hospital based on semi-structured interviews with actors of management control. The results show a place more important for the measurement activities because of, on the on hand, the budget's force and, on the other hand, a scorecard maladjusted to manage the economical and medical performances by the directors as well as a good interprofessional cooperation. |
