Zusammenfassung:Ultra‐broadband reversed saturable absorption (RSA) is achieved in a spindle‐type compound containing twistacene. This capability is verified by experiments and is found to be applicable for various laser pulses from femtoseconds to nanoseconds. With a mechanism interpreted and validated by a theoretical model, this finding provides a new perspective in synthesizing novel broadband optical limiting material.
