Zusammenfassung:The objective of this research was to evaluate the acceptance and adoption of cloud computing through the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and validate an instrument to obtain this measure. Fifty-five employees from an industry training school using cloud services (e-mail, disk storage, scheduling, groups, contacts, chat and web conference) participated in the survey. The results indicate that the four measurement scales (Behavior Intent, Perceived Utility, Attitude for Use and Ease of Perceived Use) present good reliability (Cronbach's alpha) ranging from 0.82 to 0.92. Perceived Utility and Attitude for Use were predictors of Behavioral Intention. Perceived Usability, an unhypothesized relationship, was also a predictor of Behavioral Intent. Two items in the Perceived Usability scale presented low factor loadings, which shows the need to reformulate or create more items to evaluate this construct.
