Zusammenfassung:In this paper the inclusion of women is explained from the Statutes of political parties in the area of Central America [Costa Rica (PLN and PAC), El Salvador (ARENA and FMLN), Guatemala (PP UNE and GANA), Honduras (PNH and FREE Party), Nicaragua (FSLN and PLI-MRS) and Panama (CD and PRD)]. It will find that more favorable to the participation of women statutes, the greater representation of women in elections. To affirm the hypothesis is necessary to analyze the mechanisms that generate the statutes and the reasons why in some games there are more favorable to women's leadership conditions. Another finding is to see the relationship between a statute that works properly and quota laws at the national level, that is, we must analyze whether the Bylaws that work in a proper way in practice depend on the existence of a law national quotas that already is mandatory under the law.
