Zusammenfassung:This article aims at discussing the inclusion-exclusion of children and adolescents at risk and then proposing a procedure to elaborate specific English-language material that seeks to enable the participation of these subjects in their teaching-learning process. This proposal is based on an action research, and it is expanded through authors who address the issue of inclusion-exclusion, such as Gentili & Alencar (2007), Maciel (2005), and the elaboration of didactic material such as Hutchinson And Waters (1987), and Dolz, Noverraz & Schneuwly (2004). The results demonstrate that the material developed and used sought to consider the analysis of needs and expectations.
