Gender and public politics. A proposal for tourism in the Jardines del Rey - Cuba

Tourism is an important sector in the Cuban economy by the income that contributes to this, which is why research is conducted on different issues, gender mainstreaming is one of them, which responds to this work aims to characterize the gender in tourism that develops in the Jardines del Rey destination, based on theoretical and practical references, with the diagnosis of the problem in a selected case study, using methods and techniques of qualitative research as the interview, the diary, survey the history of life, the documentary analysis, among others, which allow to reach the conclusion that the current situation on the topic indicates you should define specific policies to help overcome cultural barriers of gender in the selection and hiring human capital in the Jardines del Rey.
