Zusammenfassung:At present, organizations give major importance to the quality management system (QMS), which has a role in the strategic decisions. The design and implementation of this system in a company is performed following the specific objectives, being influenced by the products, processes used, respectively by the dimension and structure of the organization. In the banking sector, the implementation of this system is necessary, which makes us analyze, throughout this article, both the components and the benefits of QMS. A process-based strategy contributes to the implementation and improvement of the quality management system efficiency, for the purpose of increasing the atypical satisfaction of fulfilling their demands. In this sense, the study aims to develop a QMS strategy within a bank, having as goal the increase of efficiency on the basis of using certain interdependent processes. A process-based approach ensures permanent control on the connection between the individual processes, but, also, on the combining and interaction of these processes. On the basis of the case studies, the research underlines the importance and benefits of QMS implementation.
